Be part of a new development team focusing on making the most advanced platform with thousands of daily users in an exciting new market. There will be no legacy codes as this platform is new to make and thus needs to be built from scratch! This company (HQ in Rotterdam centrum) creates high-traffic platforms worldwide, and these applications have millions of unique visitors daily. They are active in many countries and almost on every continent. Currently, they have Development, Infra, and Data & Analytic teams working very closely with each other. Soon they will start with a new project (TBA) and enter other submarkets. The main language is English, and many international employees are working here.

As stated before, the project is new, and everything will be built from scratch. You will be part of a new IT team consisting of mostly Python backend developers, and one FE React developer. The primary technology will be Python in combination with FastAPI framework and MySQL/NoSQL databases. More importantly than your IT skills, you are a quick learner and open to new technologies. You are also a team player and understand the value of working together to get the job done.

• At least two years of experience with Python backend development;
• Knowledge and experience with FastAPI or other comparable frameworks;
• Knowledge or experience with FE development using React is a plus;
• You love building web applications that people really love to use;
• Self-motivated to take the initiative and ownership of your work;
• Always looking and open and eager to learn new technologies.

• Salary of EUR 2.700 – 4.200 based on your experience;
