Being a market leader, this international company is the figurehead in the charging station industry for more green energy in smart cities. They provide several in-house developed (SaaS) platforms for charging electric vehicles and complex energy transactions in more than 22 countries. Their aim? To further expand their high-user platforms in Germany, Switzerland, England, and Italy for more sustainable energy. Consequently, we are looking for a PHP techie willing to take the lead and provide input at an architectural level.
 This organization entails 90 FTE members from 27 countries, such as Sri Lanka, Brazil, and Spain. Their development team is around 16 people consisting mainly of seniors. Of course, there are also mediors and juniors, but due to the complexity and scalability of their applications, they must operate at a high level with skilled developers. As a PHP (Symfony) developer, you will do more than just coding. You will also collaborate with the technical lead and other seniors, brainstorm on architectural matters, manage the team and its projects, delve into negotiations, and think strategically about the roadmap. One of the main challenges is that their platforms must grow with the rapidly increasing number of users. To provide an example: they want to increase their number of charging stations from 21.000 to 200.000 and every month, they must deal with 15% more billing processes than the previous month. Lastly, you will also add and maintain new features and share your knowledge with those seeking it. 
 You are a PHP Developer with the following skills
